Deleting a domain account

To delete your Majalat account, please follow the steps below.

This process will delete your account and return or erase some of your data from the back-end system (pending confirmation).

Steps (same in Android and iOS):

1. Log in to your Majalat account through the mobile app.

2. Go to the profile page.

3. Tap the Delete Account button.

4. Enter your email address and tap Delete My Account.

5. A confirmation window will appear - click Yes to confirm the deletion.

When requesting account deletion:

The information to be deleted:

• Full name

• Mobile number

• Service Delivery Addresses

Information to be retained:
For organizational, accounting and tax purposes, we retain:

• Payment and Transaction History

• Billing address

• Email address

• Information required by applicable laws and regulations

Retention Period:
Information is retained for the minimum period required by applicable laws, which is typically 7 years for financial records.
