This agreement constitutes a general framework that regulates the relationship between the user and the website/application of Majalat Al Excellence Recruitment Company, and applies to all services provided through the platform.

Powers of the company
The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user's access to the service in case of violation of the terms, without the need for prior notice.

The User will be notified of any changes through the Site or through available means of communication, and the changes will be effective from the date of notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Service may not be used for any illegal activity, to post content that threatens, abuses, or violates the rights of others, or to advertise or solicit money or services illegally.
The Company has the right to terminate the User's account in the event of any violation or behavior deemed inappropriate by the management.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights reserved to Majalat Al Excellence Recruitment Company, and no reuse, publication or distribution of any of the contents of the website or application is permitted without written permission.
Some content may be downloaded for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, modified, or have copyright or proprietary notices removed.
Uploading content does not imply that the user acquires any intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality of data and information
Users can delete their personal information at any time through their profile, although this may affect their future use of the service.
Data such as name, email, date of birth, gender, city, nationality, and contact numbers are collected only to provide and improve the service and are not shared with any third party.
You may not publish or use any content related to the Services without the written consent of the Company.

Disputes
