Deleting Majalat Account

To delete your Majalat account, follow the steps below. This process will delete your account and return or wipe some of your data from the backend (to be confirmed).

Steps (same for Android and iOS):

Log in to your Majalat account through the mobile application.
Go to the Profile page.
Tap the Delete Account button.
Enter your email address and press Delete My Account.
A confirmation dialog will appear — press Yes to confirm account deletion.

When you request account deletion:

Deleted Information: Full name, mobile number, and service delivery addresses
Retained Information: For regulatory, accounting, and tax purposes, we retain:
Payment history and transaction records
Invoicing address
Email address
Information required by applicable laws and regulations
Retention Period: Retained information is kept for the minimum period required by applicable laws, typically 7 years for financial records.
